Haunted House!

I started off with an idea, from a dream I had a while back. This little girl was stood in the hallway of my house, and kept appearing.
I decided to start early in the morning, with a shot of waking up and turning off the alarm. This would be seen as normal for a teenager. But it would soon become clear that it is still dark, and that my character was home alone. After finding a note from his mum, he starts to freak out, with what might be hallucinogens. Is what he is seeing real? Following the girl stupidly down to the cellar, he starts to get scared and the girl appears once again. Creepy or what?! All of this came from my own original ideas, plus help from my family.
After doing a quick camera shot and scene shots, I quickly reviewed my idea, adding bits and pieces to make it better. Then after a little persuasion, I got my little actress-to-be to agree to play a role in my scary film with help with a piece of Toblerone. She seemed delighted, and I explained it all to her.
We then talked about costume, and decided upon the dressing robe made of some old fabric, that looked old and shabby. She would also be holding the Teddy recently found in our new house, that was clearly a good fifty years old. After that I got to work, doing test shots and recordings to see. See if they worked. Surprisingly it ran very smoothly for a first run through.
I also have limited time as after seven the sun sets rapidly, which means there is no time for mistakes or playing about. This was clearly put to my sister, and she seemed all good. We were ready. Ready for action for our two minute masterpiece.
After a few re-recordings, my camera randomly stopped working so I couldn't redo any of my recordings that didn't seem good.

I then placed them all onto my computer and filtered them through, and picked only the best. At school I copied them all onto a mac and put them all into Imovie. After this, i added sounds, like a loud sharp noise, and some freaky background music, that i had found from Freesound.org and placed onto my clips. I edited the colours to give it a darker and less saturated look, which made it darker, and in some cases, lighter, so it was easier to see during the acting.
